Guidance
Guidance Services
At Glendale Jr.-Sr. High School, we are proud to offer exceptional guidance services for our junior and senior high students (grades 7–12). Our dedicated school counselor is available to support students through their academic, personal, and future planning needs. Whether you have questions about college preparation, academic concerns, or any other issues affecting your child’s well-being, we are here to help.
We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure that every student’s needs are met. By fostering open communication and teamwork, we create a supportive environment that empowers students to reach their full potential. Our goal is to guide each student toward success, both academically and personally, by providing the resources and support they need throughout their journey.
Our school social work services are dedicated to supporting students' emotional, social, and academic well-being. Our licensed social worker provides individualized counseling, crisis intervention, and resources to help students navigate personal challenges, manage stress, and build resilience. Our dedicated school social worker collaborates with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive environment where every student can thrive. Additionally, our social work services promote a positive school culture, addressing issues such as bullying, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness.
To discuss specific student concerns or schedule an appointment, please contact our school counselor or school social worker directly.
Choosing a Curriculum
We firmly believe in providing personalized learning paths for our students. Understanding that each student has unique aspirations and goals, we do not adopt a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, we offer a diverse range of curriculum options to cater to the individual needs of each student, helping them chart their own path toward success.
